Sometimes you have the best intention of creating awesome content for your blog… then you sit down to type and you have a big blank screen in front of you.

Ugh. The Frustration.

One piece of advice… this should be fun!

You are sharing information with your customers about your business.  The thing you do every day by choice, there’s a whole wealth of information that people want to learn from you.  So what’s making this so hard…

Are you worried about proper sentence structure and grammar?  Don’t worry about it.  When you create your post, it’s like creating a gift for someone… if they are worried that you used a run on sentence, then they are missing your message.  Just write.  Write like you are having a conversation, and have fun.

Are you having trouble with topics? Brainstorm!  Start with questions you’re asked over and over.  Come up with a list of 10 things you’re always asked, and answer them.  Talk about ways to use your products or even about your history.  Just take a sheet of paper and write down everything that comes to mind… then look for patterns or categories.  Finally, bundle the topics together and now you have a whole bunch of stuff to talk about!

Try these two little tricks to see if it helps you over the hurdle in getting your blog written, remember this should be fun!  If it’s causing you stress, you need to figure out why!
