I love being crazy… but on my most recent trip to Disney World I saw the coolest thing. A simple white board on an easel. That’s it!
The epicenter of creativity and forward technology, and their hotel gift store was using a write on wipe off board and colored markers!
YEA!!!!!!
If you have a way to interact with customers and all you can do is throw a survey question on a white board, give them a marker, and let them vote… wow!
This creates a great opportunity to interact one-on-one with your customer. It’s real. It’s interactive. AND it’s simple.
