What is an Infinity Customer?  Well… are you tired of constantly looking for customers to buy your product and would you rather try something new like attracting customers and turning them into a tribe… a tribe that you offer products to and they buy them?

YES!

This is an Infinity Customer. You focus on attracting customers and keeping them around.

You do this by continuing to offer information the group desires.  Eventually they turn into a tribe that loves you… but quick news flash… they can leave when ever they want!

When you commit to this process, you need to be all in!  If you decide to be inconsistent in your posts you will have customers drop out of your tribe.

But if you fully commit, you will see the power of Infinity Customers.

It’s always best to focus on the goal and not the pain.  Writing content is not easy, it’s not painful, but it does take time… however, if you focus on the result… you will be successful.

I was listening to an online conference today and something caught my ear.  It was this.  If you create products for your customers you will lose.  You may sell some things, but you won’t take it to the next level.

Why?

Because you’re focusing on you.

However… if you focus on the next thing your customer needs you will succeed.

What on earth does that mean? How does it differ from creating a product for your customer… one simple word… NEED.

So you sell baking cups for cupcakes… cool.  They’re pink with white polk-a-dots… OK.  A customer just bought a set… now what?  Do you offer them batteries?

NO.

If they’re using cupcake cups… likely they need things for cupcakes!  Like a tin… or a display plate… or a recipe book…

It might seem obvious – but as you are creating the path of buying that your customers follow you need to decide what comes next.

This is exactly the thinking you need to create Infinity Customers.

Attract them once, and start offering products the customer NEEDS not something you want to sell them…  go for the NEED.
